What we offer

Five ways we can help

Leadership coaching

For leaders. Behind-the-scenes coaching and mentoring. For example, a governance chair looking for better ways to run meetings, a group leader who needs a good decision fast, or a dean organizing task forces toward policy recommendations.

Mediation

For people in conflict. We help individuals and groups prepare for challenging conversations and, when appropriate, mediate between two or more parties to surface underlying interests, build understanding, and move toward shared goals.

Facilitation & organizational support

For teams. We partner with teams to address persistent friction, clarify roles and expectations, strengthen communication, and reconnect their work to a shared mission, with tools they keep using after we leave.

Conflict needs assessment

For institutions. Think of it as a "conflict audit." We review your existing conflict services, hold confidential stakeholder interviews, and deliver a needs report with proactive, context-fit recommendations.

Charter development & review

For institutions. We draft a charter tailored to your institution, consult with legal counsel, and finalize documents for approval. We can also review an existing charter to streamline it and improve effectiveness.

How it usually goes

From friction to function, in four moves

  1. Talk. A confidential first conversation about what's happening and what you hope will change.

  2. Look. A clear-eyed look at process: who's involved, how decisions move, where things get stuck.

  3. Try. Small, reversible experiments your team can test before committing to bigger change.

  4. Keep. You keep the tools and habits that work. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job.
