Our Why
Conflict is natural. Facing it alone shouldn't be.
Healthy workplaces come from the ongoing interaction between people and their environments, and conflict is part of that interaction.
How we started
We saw colleagues struggle to find support.
Workplaces bring together people with different experiences, pressures, and interests, even when they share a mission. We watched colleagues look for help and not find it.
Sometimes people had the skills but needed a confidential, independent, impartial thought partner. Other times, a conflict had outgrown what they could manage, or a power imbalance made an outside view essential.
Avoiding conflict is human too. Over time, though, avoidance can harden into patterns that affect relationships, decisions, and an organization's ability to fulfill its mission.
A dual focus
People and the places they work
Conflict isn't only about behaviors or attitudes. Sustainable change needs attention to both.
People
We support individuals through the challenge in front of them.
Hard conversations

Environments
We help teams examine the conditions around it.
Processes
Decision-making
Role expectations
Power dynamics
Cultural norms
Even work that brings purpose, joy, and intellectual stimulation will involve friction. You don't have to navigate it alone.
This can feel especially acute in nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, where limited resources, outside pressures, and deep personal commitments pull people in several directions. We work alongside you on what's happening now, while building your capacity to handle future conflict with clarity, confidence, and care.
